well, where to begin. the wifi was absolutely horrible, and the room was just okay, definitley not luxury as promised. to top it off, they did absolutely nothing to make me feel special. just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review after all this.

What they don’t tell you
The location is everything! Steps away from cafes, shops, and all tour companies. The rooms were clean, with well-functioning air conditioning. If you're planning multiple excursions, this is a solid value for your money. Just be prepared for thin walls, as you might hear your neighbors. A great base for your adventures!

Staying at this hotel was convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Ajaw Chocolate & Crafts. With two young kids, we appreciated the central location for exciting activities like cave exploring and ziplining. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable.
My wife says that the stairs are quite challenging for families with little ones.

The stay was quite pleasant, especially since we were at a fantastic spot for exploring local attractions like Hawkesworth Bridge and Cappello's Art Gallery, both just a short walk away. I really loved the wrap-around balcony that provided a nice place to relax while watching the morning birds. The room was basic but clean and comfy, which suited our needs just fine. Plus, the air conditioning worked well after long days out exploring.

Perfect for couples seeking comfort
The room was big, had a huge comfy bed, and the shower had hot water. Every day, we'd find towel swans on our bed which was such a nice touch. The aircon worked like a charm, it really surprised me. Also appreciated the free drinking water available that made life easier.
It wasn't budget-friendly, but still reasonable for the value.
